ABOUT LIV GOLF

The LIV Golf League is the world's only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world's best golfers. Launched in 2022, the League was designed to expand the sport on a global level and create new value within the golfing ecosystem while enhancing the game's societal impact. A landmark investment by LIV Golf also launched The International Series, a set of 10 enhanced events sanctioned by the Asian Tour, with elevated prize funds in world-class destinations, offering a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League.

Only four years into operations and with tournaments across North and Latin Americas, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Europe, LIV Golf remains committed to developing the sport at every level and exposing more people to the positive virtues of the game through its unique blend of intense competition and entertainment.

LIV Golf is owned and operated by LIV Golf Investments whose vision and mission are centered around making holistic and sustainable investments to enhance the global golf ecosystem and unlock the sport's untapped worldwide potential.

HISTORY

LIV Golf launched in 2022 as an eight-event Invitational Series with tournaments across the U.S., Europe and Asia. 2023 saw the first official season of the LIV Golf League, establishing the sport's first professional golf teams captained by many of the game's most decorated superstars competing in 14 events around the world.

The format respects golf's history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; three days, 54 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous team and individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League's award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 500 million homes worldwide, showcase world-class competition within a family-friendly environment. Music entertainment, live concerts and a festival-style atmosphere play a signature role with LIV Golf, a two-time winner of the World's Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year.

LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. It has also introduced free agency to professional golf, integrating end-of-season player promotion and relegation, team trades and off-season roster movement that drive year-round fan engagement, embraced by many of the world's most popular sports.

Away from the entertainment on the course, LIV Golf is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the communities it visits through its ground-breaking social impact and sustainability strategy, 'Potential, Unleashed.' Named a 2024 Most Impactful award winner by Front Office Sports for utilising its platform to make a positive impact off the course, the League is committed to giving back and improving the world through golf.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with broad experience in maintaining, configuring, and supporting a company's Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of Salesforce by tailoring it to meet LIV Golf's specific business (both corporate and customer) needs, ensuring data integrity, and supporting a wide variety of user personas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • System Configuration and Optimization : Adapt Salesforce to the business's requirements by managing custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation tools like Flow. Identify opportunities to leverage advanced features in order to drive continuous system improvement.
  • User Management and Security : Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and ensuring security and compliance across internal departments with varying needs and levels of access.
  • Data Management : Ensure data quality by implementing data validation and deduplication strategies. Always keep data hygiene best practices in mind when working with stakeholders on system changes and improvements.
  • Reporting : Create custom reports and dashboards to track key business metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • User Support and Adoption : Provide troubleshooting and technical support for users with varying degrees of Salesforce knowledge. Deliver training sessions, workshops, or user guides to empower non-technical users. Lead efforts to drive user adoption and raise any risks to continued platform usage.
  • Monitoring & Issue Resolution : Monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues, bugs, or outages in coordination with Salesforce support or third-party partners.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to capture requirements as well as Salesforce developers and other teams (both internal and external) to deliver enhancements and optimize workflows.
  • Change Management and Documentation : Maintain system documentation and manage change control processes to support audit readiness and release quality.
  • Continuous Improvement : Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to ensure the system is optimized and innovative. Always strive to drive improvements in user adoption, data quality, and business process efficiency through system optimization.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager and willingness to support other areas of the business as needed

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with configuration, customization and reporting experience. Specialized knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce is a plus.
  • Proficient in managing changes and customizations from sandbox environments to production in order to safely test and promote change sets. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado) is desirable.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce integrations via APIs or middleware (e.g. MuleSoft, Zapier, Workato).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills in customization, data management, and reporting.
  • Understanding of data migration, Salesforce architecture, security management, and data governance best practices.
  • A proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and continuous learning.
  • Analytical and innovative thinking to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to distill complex business processes and requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to creatively brainstorm, challenging the status quo as needed in order to problem solve.
  • Capable of adapting ways of working to better align with different business areas.
  • Must be positive and outgoing, able to work across a complex organization and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bring a proactive self-motivated and self-sufficient attitude to the workplace.
  • High attention to detail and always strives to deliver at an elevated standard.
