Overview : The CoverMyMeds CIO Infrastructure & Operations team seeks a full-time leader to manage a modern infrastructure support team. This role oversees highly available and high-performing infrastructure solutions, leading a team of motivated professionals. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive practical knowledge to develop solutions that ensure quality, applicability, and business impact

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Linux and Windows professionals in a real time transaction processing environment
• Manage and support physical and virtual server environments, including Identity & Access Management, across on-premises, co-location, and cloud data centers
• Develop and implement support plans and roadmaps for diverse environments
• Automate redundant functions to improve quality and efficiency
• Drive scalable risk reduction practices collaborating with technical contributors and leadership
• Document standards, architecture, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Communicate effectively with peers, upper management, and customers
• Train, mentor, and validate the work of team members
• Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Perform duties remotely or on-site as needed

Minimum Requirements :

Degree or equivalent

experience. Typically requires

9+ years of professional

experience and 1+ years of

supervisory and / or management

experience.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$115,500 - $192,500
