Occupational Therapist (OT / OTR) - PRN | Unique PRN Opportunity at Foundations Intellectual Disability Care Facility

New Paris, OH

We are seeking an OT PRN for 1-2 times a month for Foundations Group Home in New Paris, Ohio. This role primarily focuses on adaptive equipment and wheelchair evaluations.

Schedule :

• 1-2 days per month : 1 Full day & 1 half day preferred

Requirements for Occupational Therapist :

Ohio Occupational Therapy license required.

Occupational Therapist degree required ( Masters or Doctorate)

Available one weekday per month
