Senior Facilities Director - Facilities Management

Our client are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a Facilities Management Business Unit focused on driving growth and operational excellence. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, P&L management, compliance, staff development, and cultivating customer relationships. You will have full operational responsibility for the business unit, guiding teams to success while ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

The client provides integrated real estate and facilities management services to businesses worldwide. They focus on optimizing the performance of clients' real estate portfolios, offering solutions that include everything from property management to strategic advisory. Key Responsibilities :
