Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-driven overachiever to join our Allstate Insurance Agency located within Oakes Auto Group!  If you love talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

This is a high-volume outbound call position , where you’ll be spending all of your day reaching out to homeowners who have inquired about insurance quotes, engaging them in conversation, and connecting them with our licensed sales team.

You’ll play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most — while building a strong foundation for a rewarding career in sales and insurance.

Once you’ve consistently met your quote goals, we’ll help you earn your insurance license and promote you into our Licensed Sales Team .

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads who have requested insurance quotes

Build rapport and qualify prospects through engaging conversations

Transfer qualified leads to licensed agents for policy quotes

Meet and exceed monthly goals and performance metrics

Train toward earning your insurance license and advancing onto our Licensed Sales Team.

What We’re Looking For

Positive, energetic, and driven personality

Excellent communication and phone skills

Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced environment

Coachable and eager to learn the insurance industry

Reliable and punctual work ethic

Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
