We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to support a male individual in developing life skills and building meaningful daily routines. This role is more than just assistance-it's about creating a lasting relationship built on trust, consistency, and care.
Responsibilities
- Support with skill-building in cooking, household management, and self-care
- Facilitate exercise routines and promote healthy habits
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Foster independence while providing encouragement and structure
- Build a positive, trusting, and supportive relationship
