Responsibilities:

• Develop leads through referrals, networking and community events.
• Professionally follow up and close on opportunities provided from agent and company advertising and marketing.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:

• Previous Sales experience preferred
• Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
