Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for a team of full-time and temporary staff that perform the functions of pick, pack, audit, ship and other tasks associated with supporting warehouse operations and customer order fulfillment. Essential Functions :

• Manage facility operation and personnel of a regional warehouse, overseeing daily order processing transactions, order picking, packing, shipping, kitting, light production, safety, and general operations management
• Motivate, supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel in the performance of their duties. Ensure proper staff levels to perform assigned tasks, meeting company metrics and goals
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from Customer Service team regarding order processing status
• Responsible for reverse logistics including the processing of customer product returns
• Develop and drive projects to improve warehouse efficiency, organization and safety
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Establish and manage goals and metrics for team members to insure productivity and accuracy
