Our clinic is looking to add skilled mental health therapists to its team. In this role, you will work with a wide variety of patients, including adults, teenagers, families, and other groups. It will be your responsibility to meet with these patients, assess their mental health concerns, and determine the best course of treatment for them moving forward. You may also need to refer your clients to specialists.
Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities :
- Provide mental health diagnostic services to a wide range of patients
- Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, and families
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
- Monitor patients’ progress throughout the course of therapy
- Create targeted treatment plans based on the unique needs of every client
- Educate patients on their mental health disorders
