RN Director – Med Surg / Tele
Type : Full-Time | On-site | 24 / 7 Departmental Oversight
Location : Fort Mill, SC & Bartlett, TN
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and clinical leadership for Med Surg and Telemetry units, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Develop and implement policies and best practices for efficient workflow and patient-centered care.
- Support CNO in strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, Joint Commission, and CMS regulations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development among nursing staff.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and executive leadership to achieve clinical and operational goals.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, HCAHPS scores, and nurse retention.
- Oversee recruitment, training, competency evaluation, and performance management for nursing staff.
- Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
