Base pay range

$124,000.00 / yr - $222,500.00 / yr

About The Role

As a Sales & Growth Partner, you'll play a dual role :

  • Sales Expert : Delivering a 5-star client experience by helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals with confidence, care, and results.
  • Growth Partner : Sharing your expertise with other agents through shadowing, collaboration, and mentorship, while also welcoming opportunities to learn from peers to sharpen your own skills.

With over 30 years of success in the Phoenix real estate market and the national resources of PLACE behind us, The Ramsey Team offers unmatched leverage, technology, and community so you can focus on what you do best : producing at a high level, creating raving fan clients, and growing your impact.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential designed for leaders who want to scale their business while helping others do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a 5-star client experience by guiding buyers and sellers through consultations, negotiations, and closings with excellence
  • Consistently execute lead generation systems and convert opportunities into appointments
  • Share your expertise with fellow agents by leading by example, offering shadow opportunities, and providing constructive feedback to improve service and conversion
  • Earn and maintain certifications : PLACE Seller Experience Certification, PLACE Buyer Experience Certification, and complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program
  • Leverage Showing Partner support for fieldwork (showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and key delivery) to maximize your time and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure every client receives world-class service
  • Participate fully in team training, script practice, coaching sessions, and calls to stay sharp and growth-focused
  • Track activities and client progress in PLACE technology for accountability and seamless follow-up
  • Qualifications

  • A licensed real estate professional with a proven track record of success in sales
  • Service-first mindset : committed to client care, teamwork, and excellence
  • A natural leader with a coaching / teaching heart, who enjoys pouring into others while pursuing personal growth
  • Confident in prospecting, lead generation, and objection handling
  • Organized, self-motivated, and excellent at time management
  • Growth-minded and coachable, eager to sharpen skills and embrace new systems
  • Industry experience required; mentorship or leadership experience strongly preferred
