Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: * Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, FT. One Saturday a month is required. * Patients per day: 21 * Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic * Scope: Standard Primary Care * State Licensure: California Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA) * Responsibility for Mid-Levels: Yes * Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less ?
