BA Healthcare Consultant – Apex Systems

Join Apex Systems as a Business Analyst focused on healthcare solutions. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and support strategic goals in government and Medicaid IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business programs and IT to deliver technical solutions.
• Analyze business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and automation opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder sessions to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
• Facilitate communication from requirements to implementation and identify risks and issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and government agencies.
• Support buy vs. build decision-making processes and maintain business rules in a repository.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
