We are seeking compassionate nurses who have :

A valid LPN license in your working state

A diploma from an accredited school of practical nursing

At least two years of LPN experience, preferably in hospice care

A current driver’s license and the ability to allocate 20% of your day to travel between patient locations

A strong commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting

Excellent time management skills and self-scheduling abilities

Experience using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
