Family Medicine Physician

Providence Medical Group - Southern Oregon is seeking a board-certified / board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join the Eagle Point Family Medicine Clinic, located just outside of Medford, Oregon. The clinic features a patient-centered medical home model and multi-disciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, psychologist, case manager, and clinical pharmacist.

Position Details :

• Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.9 FTE to 1.0 FTE)
• Schedule can be either 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week in clinic
• Outpatient care only with minimal phone call
