• Setting : 32-bed Level III Community NICU
• Daily Census : 12 newborns
• Collaborative Team : Work alongside pediatric surgery, cardiology, GI, and ENT subspecialists
• Clinical Focus : Direct patient care, family counseling, and newborn services
• Quality Initiatives : Participate in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative
• Schedule : Balanced 24 / 7 in-house coverage within a highly supportive team
