The Intensive Behavior Center (IBC) is an intensive, short-term treatment facility for individuals who have intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental illnesses. IBC provides an environment for building healthy, effective, and fulfilling lives so those receiving treatment can live successfully in the community after discharge.

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the IBC buildings in a clean and orderly condition that includes duties such as :

• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, living quarters, offices, conference rooms, common areas and dining facilities.
• Restocking supplies and maintaining inventory of paper products and cleaning supplies.
• Checking building areas for safety hazards such as broken glass, biohazards, etc. and disposes appropriately.
