Experienced Finance Manager wanted at Coughlin Automotive. Coughlin Kia of Lancaster is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Lancaster team. Coughlin Automotive is one of the fastest growing dealerships in Central Ohio. We carry thirteen brands and operate seventeen locations in the Central Ohio area, offering automotive service departments, body shops, and parts departments.

In This Position You Will

• Assist customers with securing finance options that fit their needs while ensuring compliance with all lending regulations
• Assist customers with selecting the best additional warranties and service plans for their vehicle
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders to ensure the best financing terms for our customers
• Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• Process finance and lease applications accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and enhance the customer experience
• Offer excellent and efficient customer service to all customers and address inquiries and resolve any finance related concerns
• Receive professional training and stay updated on industry trends, lender programs and compliance regulations
• Have the opportunity to earn $75,000+ per year
