Position Highlights
HOURS : 12-hour night shift from 6 PM to 6 : 30 AM, every third weekend and holiday, totaling 24 hours every two weeks.

A Brief Overview
As a leader in your designated area, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring resident care provided by our dedicated non-licensed nursing staff.
What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management, guiding staff to meet residents' needs while advocating for their well-being.
- Facilitate care conferences and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring all services meet residents' needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) in compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection-control policies and legal regulations.
- Assist with data collection and audits for quality functions, leading performance improvement activities.
- Deliver resident care by coordinating with healthcare providers and offering emotional and psychological support.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory functions and work collaboratively with various departments to enhance staff education.
- Oversee the orientation of new staff, ensuring all competencies and documentation are complete.
- Engage in hiring, training, and developing employees while addressing any concerns and resolving issues.

Required Education, License / Certification, or Work Experience
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice upon hire.Preferred Education, License / Certification, or Work Experience
