Test Engineer

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Test Engineer to support a cutting-edge new product development program currently in the Feasibility phase. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a lab environment, enjoys working with electro-mechanical systems, and is passionate about experimental testing and process optimization. ??

• ? What You’ll Do
• ? Perform hands-on testing and characterization of tissue diagnostic instruments using various assays and tissue samples.
• ? Develop, write, and execute engineering and lab testing protocols .
• ? Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and provide recommendations to guide system design inputs.
• ? Support test method validation , system characterization , and design of experiments (DOE) activities.
• ? Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, documentation, and experimental workflows.
• ? Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and scientific teams to support program milestones.
• ? Deliver clear technical presentations and communicate results effectively.
• ? What You Bring
• ? Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering , or related field (preferred).
• ?️ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in :
• Systems characterization protocols
• Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Test method validation
• Writing / executing test protocols
• Data analysis & reporting
• Experimental / lab techniques
• ? A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong collaboration skills.
