As an Insurance Sales Representative , youll play a key role in helping clients find the coverage that best fits their needs. In this role, youll connect with warm leads, deliver trusted guidance, and help clients find insurance solutions. This position is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys sales, collaboration, and personal development.

  • Base salary : $24,000 annually
  • First-year earnings : Average around $60,000

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other digital channels
  • Present insurance options clearly and effectively to help clients make informed decisions
  • Achieve individual and agency sales goals each month and year
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Provide ongoing customer service and support for existing clients
  • Requirements

  • An active Personal Lines or P&C License is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
