Patient Services Representative - Trainer

We are seeking Patient Services Representative - Trainer for a healthcare system based out of Westwood KS.

This is a full time permanent role with full time benefits.

Shift : Monday through Friday / 8am-4 : 30pm

Job Summary :

The Patient Service Representative Trainer is responsible for facilitating the standardized training program for the Patient Service Reps as a part of orientation or upon request from leadership. This position will travel with new hires into their work environment to continue with new hire onboarding and will travel for at elbow training for remediation if more training is needed upon request. The Patient Service Rep Trainer evaluates employees upon completion of their training to ensure each employee will deliver exceptional and consistent service throughout the organization.

Qualifications :

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Experience with Third party applications : Payment Navigator, One Source / Passport, Teams
• 3 or more years of experience with ambulatory / admitting / patient registration, pre-registration & pre-certification OR 1 or more years of experience ambulatory / admitting / patient registration, pre-registration & pre-certification combined with associates degree completion.
• Experience in a lead / trainer / educator role - minimum 1 year required
