In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of molds used in the production of our architectural and decorative elements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mold making techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work from blueprints and specifications. Experience with various mold materials (e.g., silicone, fiberglass, wood) and a understanding of the GFRG / GFRC manufacturing process is a plus.

Responsibilities :

Fabricate high-quality molds from various materials based on design specifications.

Repair and maintain existing molds to ensure optimal production.

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure mold accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure molds meet quality standards and production deadlines.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Mold Maker, preferably within a precast, concrete, or composites manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong understanding of mold making materials and techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
