What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist in maintaining order at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by site. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols. Maintain clear and timely communication with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding incidents or security-related matters. Document all incidents and activities thoroughly and accurately according to Allied Universal protocols. Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the location. Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times to provide a visible security-related presence. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
