Job Title : Concierge
Position Overview :

We are seeking a personable and dedicated Concierge to join our team at The Laurels and The Haven in Highland Creek a Terra Bella community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities :

Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and provide assistance throughout their stay.

Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment based on guest preferences.

Coordinate reservations, transportation, and special requests to accommodate guests' needs.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and guest-centric experience.

Track guest feedback and work to improve services continually.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or service setting is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.

Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.

Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
