Summary

Join Milgard Windows and Doors as a Production Assembler in our Vinyl Specials line . You’ll be responsible for constructing windows and patio doors across all phases of assembly. Success in this role requires a focus on safety , accuracy , and efficiency to meet departmental goals.

Location : Sacramento, CA

Company : Milgard Windows and Doors (Part of MITER Brands)

Shift : Monday–Friday, 5 : 00 AM start time (Overtime required), occasional Saturdays

Compensation : Starting at $22.00 / hour

Responsibilities

  • Assembly Support

Build and assemble products using standard work instructions with precision and efficiency.

  • ️ Timely Delivery

    • Complete tasks on time to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Safety Compliance

    • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.

    Qualifications

  • Experience 1+ year in Assembly , Manufacturing , or Warehouse roles Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure Experience using hand and power tools
  • Skills Basic math skills including fractions and addition / subtraction Ability to read and write in English Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Education

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Physical Requirements

    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
