Job description

Aspirus Health is seeking a neonatal nurse practitioner to join our new 24-hour in-house team at Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital

OPPORTUNITY :

  • Full-time, at least 1 weekend / month
  • 24 hour-shifts
  • 12 hours onsite
  • 12 hours call room or be able to respond within established hospital call response time
  • Round on newborns and attend C-sections and higher risk deliveries, manage higher acuity patients
  • Newborn resuscitation, intubation, and placement of central umbilical lines in preparation for transfer to nearby NICU
  • Provide education to nursing team and medical residents
