Overview

People spend fifteen seconds with an Orb, but a lifetime with the World App. As such, the App team plays a critical role in fulfilling our mission. Using the App, people can join the World network, participate in decentralized finance in a friendly and self-custodial manner, and use their WorldID to unlock services across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end quality improvements
• Embed directly in our product engineering squads to bring quality to the entire product development process
• Introduce and own testing automation frameworks and best practices
• Implement and maintain a suite of core automation testing that covers core flows such as onboarding, verification
• Partner with project teams - produce and implement an automation testing plan alongside feature development
• Manual quality assurance - triage reports, assist in reproducing issues
• Contribute across all platforms directly - leaning on AI tooling, we expect our QEs to fix simple issues and integrate automation testing directly across Android, iOS, and backend

Pay transparency statement (for CA based roles) : The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $153,500 - $195,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
