Job Opportunity TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Experts serve as trusted advisors, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting a mission of powering prosperity worldwide.

The role requires tax expertise to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software / product support. Employees play a key role in growing the client base within the local community, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate possesses active, unrestricted credentials : EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. They must have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

A minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software is necessary. Familiarity with Circular 230 is also required. Employees are willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
