Job Summary

This position includes  selection of subcontractors to perform the work, monitoring the production of the work being performed, handling any customer supplements or change orders. The job will be closed, and a final walk performed by the Construction Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Secure and estimate construction projects
  • Assign the proper subcontractor to the job
  • Build proper budgets for subcontractors to meet the overall job profit margin.
  • Oversee and manage construction projects
  • Assist as needed in collections
  • Write up repair estimate in Xactimate

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service / Communication skills - You will interact with customers on a daily basis.
  • A proven background in residential construction
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage 10 to 20 projects at one time
  • Xactimate estimation skills preferred. Proficient with Microsoft products.
  • Insurance knowledge helpful, but not required.
  • Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to participate in on call schedule
