Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and lead a team of accounting professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting Oversee client engagements and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus Proven ability to manage complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
