Program Managers in our Work Services department supervise participants as they work and provide quality control of GTI products and services. Additional responsibilities also include leading engaging activities and supervising community outings. This is a support position that works directly with team members and maintains caseload paperwork. Providing encouragement and support are key functions of a Program Manager.
This is a full time, 40hr a week position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm. Lunch breaks are paid. We offer benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, in addition to a fantastic vacation accrual program. Paid holidays include Black Friday!
Pay range for this position is $16.00-$19.50 hourly.
We also provide an opportunity to become certified with the National Association of Direct Support Professionals. If you complete all three steps of the certification process, you will be given a $3,900 bonus!
