Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams such as Implementation and Benefits
• Format client data to import into Centrally HR software timely and with attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
• Create reports using payroll software accurately according to report specification received from internal team and / or client
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of basic payroll processing functions
• Use strong analytical skills to manipulate data and product reports from software
• Data manipulation using various software applications
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be independently accountable for meeting deadlines timely and accurately
• Record necessary changes / updates as appropriate
• Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy
• Work to understand new department processes, procedures and / or programs
• Assist internal contacts with requests and problems in a timely manner
• Move between a variety of project types at various stages while meeting due dates
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
