🚨 Now Hiring : Customs Specialist / Entry Writer - Air & Sea Freight 🌍

📍 Location : San Francisco, U.S. | 🕒 Full-Time

I’m partnering with a leading global freight forwarder that’s expanding its Air & Sea division and looking for an experienced Customs Specialist (Entry Writer) to join their growing team.

What you’ll be doing :

• Preparing and submitting import / export customs entries and related documentation
• Classifying goods, verifying tariffs, and ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
• Coordinating with clients, carriers, and government agencies to ensure smooth customs clearance
• Tracking and monitoring entries to resolve issues or delays
• Staying current with changing trade laws and customs requirements

What we’re looking for :

✅ 2+ years’ experience in customs brokerage or import / export documentation

✅ Strong working knowledge of ACE or similar customs systems

✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Confident communicator — able to collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams

✅ Experience with bonded warehouse, drawback, or temporary imports a plus

Preferred :

🎓 Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field

🧾 Customs Broker License (or working toward one)
