About the Opportunity

We're working with a respected accounting firm to find a Tax Senior Manager who is passionate about client service and team development.

The Tax Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a varied portfolio of clients. This role involves leading and developing tax professionals, reviewing sophisticated tax returns, building strong client partnerships, and ensuring adherence to all applicable tax regulations at the federal, state, and local levels. The Tax Senior Manager is expected to leverage their expertise to provide strategic guidance and establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.

Locations : onsite, multiple offices in the Southeast region (Atlanta, Tampa, Nashville)

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and internal teams with strong project management capabilities and relationship-building skills
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex tax matters, delivering comprehensive tax planning, advisory, accounting, and compliance solutions with an emphasis on exceptional service
• Mentor and develop tax professionals and technical specialists to deliver outstanding results for the firm's client base
• Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for business development with prospective clients
