Responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls to relevant personnel to ensure effective communication.

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and internal documentation.

Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to facilitate smooth operations.

Assisting in processing and organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Supporting the team with various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the office.

Managing office supplies inventory to ensure availability and organization.

Requirement

Insurance License Preferred but not needed to start, (must obtain within 6 months of hire date and Licensing assistance is available after 90 days).

Experience : Prior administrative or customer service experience is desirable but not required.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Technology Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor in a busy office environment.

Problem-Solving Skills : Competence in identifying and resolving administrative problems efficiently.

Customer-Focused : A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support.
