Job description

Title : Jr. UX Designer

Industry : Financial Services

Location : Newport, NJ

Duration : 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes based on user requirements and secure stakeholder approval.
  • Adhere to organizational standards for fonts, colors, templates, and other design elements.
  • Ensure the application development team consistently follows established design standards.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills in cross-functional settings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to align design deliverables with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of UX design experience, preferably within financial services or related industries.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of design systems, style guides, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in hybrid / onsite team environments and adapt to organizational standards.
