Job description

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator II to serve existing members and procure new members through the origination of real estate loan products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through self-sourced leads and support member leads as assigned

Partner with local real estate associations and community organizations for networking and education opportunities

Prequalify applicants and recommend appropriate loan products based on their needs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

3+ years of experience in Real Estate Loan Origination with a proven production history exceeding $18 million

Experience with FHA and VA origination is a plus

Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)

Knowledge of credit union products, policies, and relevant regulations is necessary
