Position Overview
Global Citizen seeks a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Senior Director, Global Corporate Partnerships, a role at the forefront of driving creative, high-impact collaborations with the worlds leading brands.
This individual will oversee a portfolio of at least three flagship partnerships. Partner deliverables include events, broadcasts, co-branded Global Citizen action journeys (content, actions, rewards), digital, marketing, employee engagement, and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with major global brands. A natural collaborator and relationship builder, you will work closely with internal teams including Policy, PR, Marketing, Editorial, Digital, Talent, Legal, and Production, as well as the Office of the CEO, to ensure every partnership delivers exceptional value and measurable impact.
As Senior Director, you will establish and execute clear delivery plans, ensuring world-class execution across your portfolio of partnerships. You will also be responsible for the renewal of the partnerships that you lead and manage. This role requires a leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You should be adept at managing campaign goals and shifting global priorities with creativity, focus, and resilience.
The successful candidate will have deep experience in partnership management, brand marketing, and digital media, with a strong understanding of CSR and ESG integration. You will be expected to develop and apply creative solutions, refine project management tools, and oversee campaigns that span the entire year, culminating in peak activations around the Global Citizen Festival, Global Citizen NOW, and additional tentpole events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Leadership : 75%
Lead a portfolio of flagship global corporate partnerships, overseeing all aspects of strategy, delivery, and growth.
Strategic Oversight : 25%
Collaborate with the Vice President of Global Corporate Partnerships and senior leadership team to refine and execute Global Citizens corporate partnership strategy.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Skills & Attributes
