Job Description

A leading healthcare center in Rochester, NY is currently seeking a Licensed and Registered Dietician to join their team. This role is perfect for an individual passionate about nutrition and working with diverse patient populations.

About the Opportunity :

Shift : Full-time or Part-time available
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Hours : 9am to 5pm
Setting : Residential programs

Responsibilities :

Conducting nutritional assessments and developing individualized nutrition plans

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure nutritional needs are met

Updating and overseeing meal plans and nutritional policies

Providing training and education on nutrition and wellness

Monitoring and reporting on residents' nutritional status

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field

Prior completion of a Dietetic internship

Current state licensure and Registration as a Dietician

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Desired Skills :

Experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) children

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Experience in developing and implementing nutrition policies

Ability to provide effective training and guidance
