We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team across all facility operations, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned outages.
- Assign and prioritize work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring timely completion.
- Support the repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment using standard tools and gauges.
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including building, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems as needed.
- Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, identifying areas for process improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements :
Skills and Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent required; Technical / Trade School degree preferred.Completion of an electrical training program with a vocational / technical degree required.3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably within the paper industry.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including AC / DC circuits, motor starters, relays, PLCs, and PID control.Skilled in installing, programming, and troubleshooting variable frequency drives.Ability to read and interpret technical prints, schematics, and drawings.Proficiency with Windows-based programs and maintenance management software.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.What We Offer
