YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN HVAC COMFORT SPECIALIST

This full-time position follows a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM . HVAC Comfort Specialists report daily to our central location in Wilson, NC before traveling to job sites within our service area. The role offers a mix of onsite and hybrid responsibilities, providing a consistent yet dynamic work environment.

Each day will begin at our central office, where you will coordinate with the team before heading to your scheduled appointments. You will conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions. As a knowledgeable representative of our services, you will educate clients on heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems, ensuring they understand their options clearly. After evaluating their preferences and budget, you will present professional proposals designed to deliver comfort and efficiency. You will maintain close communication with clients, build long-term relationships, and follow up as needed. Throughout the process, you will collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure every project is executed smoothly and to the client's satisfaction. You will also stay current on product knowledge, energy efficiency trends, and industry standards, while participating in team meetings and training sessions.
