Job Summary

Principle Accountabilities :

• Ensures accurate data collection.
• Conducts internal audits following regulatory industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.
• Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits.
• Helps department in the root cause analysis and corrective actions of audits findings tracking to resolution.
• Initiates product / process improvements.
• Helps filing of audits and maintenance of records.
• Monitors and report metrics to meet business needs.
• Prepares reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow up and analyzes rejects / defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.
• Provides immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations.
• May be required to facilitate Quality Alert meetings.
• May provide process training
