Overview

The Area Salon Leader is responsible for the following :

• Growing service and product sales year over year
• Managing P&Ls with heavy focus on scheduling for labor budget and controlling inventory with product ordering
• Team building for each salon

○ staffing and schedule effectiveness in all salons

○ consistent daily, weekly, monthly coaching and recognition

○ 1 : 1 documentation monthly that supports growth and development in all salons.
