Real Estate Analyst

This position is based at our Salt Lake City headquarters with a hybrid schedule, requiring four days in the office each week and the option to work from home one day

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Leads the preparation of presentations for potential acquisitions and development projects, incorporating maps, demographics, site plans, pro forma analysis, market performance, and city code requirements.
• Conducts in-depth research on city processes, meeting agendas, and key stakeholders, providing strategic insights to support development initiatives.
• Develops, manages, and enhances databases to track and analyze strategic market information for decision-making.
• Prepares detailed financial models, projections, and acquisition analyses to evaluate new opportunities.
• Coordinates with Real Estate and Legal teams to draft and review LOIs, PAs, and contract modifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with deal strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range :  $70,000-$80,000 / year and Bonus Opportunities

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
