To Support Efforts To Service The Air Export Product
To lead and direct work done by gateway staff in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness. To assist and support the gateway manager as directed to serve air export origin stations throughout the region and nation and destination stations throughout the world. To positively display and project the company's culture. To help foster positive professional relationships with air carriers and other transportation service providers. To uphold Kuehne + Nagel's code of conduct, policies, and procedures.
How You Create Impact
At the direction of the gateway manager oversee the work of the regional or national air export gateway staff :
Performance Measurements
Support gateway attainment of prescribed company productivity ratios. Support gateway attainment of prescribed key performance indicator measurements :
Airline Relationships
Communicate with air carrier representatives and contribute to air carrier performance evaluation.
