Mechanical Superintendent – Tampa, FL

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to oversee commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects across the Tampa area. This position requires strong leadership in the field, coordination with project management, and a solid understanding of mechanical systems installation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site operations for mechanical and HVAC projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.
• Review mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical or scheduling issues.
• Conduct site safety meetings and enforce company and OSHA safety standards.
• Oversee installation of ductwork, piping, and equipment for commercial, healthcare, or institutional projects.
• Manage manpower, track progress, and report updates to leadership teams.
• Support quality control, testing, and commissioning activities prior to project turnover
