We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Black Desert Resort location in Ivins, UT

This Operations Supervisor will assist and advise assigned Hotel Technicians in their day to day operations, to ensure that all levels of service and standards of operations are met and exceed in the perception of our clients and customers.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Ensuring that Hotel Technicians are positively interacting with Hotel Staff to maximize effectiveness of sales and service.
• Monitor training of all Hotel Technicians including but not limited to : appearance, technical skills, sales, customer service, maintenance of equipment, safety, relationship building and customer complaints.
• Inventory Control.
• Interface with operational departments.
• Assist with hiring, training and coaching Hotel Technicians as required.
• Will on occasion drive a 16’ box truck for the transport of equipment to offsite storage.
• Provide directorship training for each staff technician.
• Maintain high visibility within assigned location.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Flexible with work schedule.
