LaSalle Network is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a growing logistics provider in Chicago. This hybrid Logistics Coordinator role requires experience in a 3PL or freight brokerage environment, and is ideal for candidates who enjoy dispatching, tracking and tracing, and keeping communication tight across carriers, drivers, and internal teams.

What's the Job?

1. Track and trace active shipments throughout the day using a TMS system
2. Dispatch drivers and confirm load details, appointment times, and required paperwork
3. Communicate with carriers by phone and email to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries
4. Provide customers and internal teams with real-time status updates
5. Troubleshoot delivery delays, accessorial issues, and routing changes
6. Input shipment details and updates accurately into the TMS
7. Collaborate with account managers to support day-to-day freight operations

What's Needed?

• Must have 3PL or freight brokerage experience
• 1+ year of experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or tracking & tracing
• TMS experience required
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operations environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Availability for first or second shifts (both available)
