This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive anesthesia services in a collaborative care environment with strong CRNA support. Position Highlights Employment Type : Hospital-employed opportunity Schedule : Minimum of 1 weekday per week; MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM Case Mix : General surgery Orthopedics (including regional blocks) Urology, GYN, robotics, bariatrics, podiatry, plastics Endoscopy and Cath Lab (including TEEs and interventional procedures) Excludes : Neurosurgery, cardiac, pediatrics, obstetrics, and trauma Practice Structure : Opportunity to work within the Anesthesia Care Team and perform own cases Team : 4 anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs Environment : Professional, collegial group with excellent work-life balance Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package : base salary (negotiable) productivity bonus based on collections Health Insurance : Self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider Retirement : 401(k) CME allowance Relocation reimbursement and sign-on bonus Malpractice insurance About Roxborough Memorial Hospital Roxborough Memorial Hospital is a 131-bed community hospital serving the Roxborough, Manayunk, East Falls, and Northwest Philadelphia communities for over a century.
